Happy 1st Outfit Post

Leopard pants: vintage, Shirt: Cotton On, Heels: K-Mart ($25!), Rings and Necklace: Diva, Lovisa, Sportsgirl

These high waisted leopard print pants were a vintage find that hid in my wardrobe for the longest time because I was too scared to wear them. But after a long break, I thought 'what the hey' and gave them another go. I was amazed at how casual they actually were, I did not look like an old wannabe from the 80's! I was also pleasantly surprised when they went with more than one thing! I've worn them with black, white, navy and everyday I'm finding something new. Needless to say they are my favourite pants. The shirt is a good, basic staple that is actually a fishtail shirt. As you can see they're more versatile than you think, knotting a shirt adds a bit of interest to a simple outfit.

Finally working up the courage to do an outfit post feels amazing! It sounds easy in theory but I think everyone has those "Do I look stupid?" thoughts going through their head. Luckily when you find clothes that are worth sharing nothing can hold you back!

Baseball Shirts

I adore the upcoming baseball shirt trend. So casual, so boyish and yet so cute! I found some on ebay, here with a lot of colour choices, but you can also get them cheap or 2-4-1 in JayJays and Factorie clothing (or so my male sources say)
I'm still waiting to see whether or not one's made for men will have the desired fit but I'm planning some outfits around acid wash denim and tight pants nonetheless.
p.s. If men's clothing isn't your thing American Apparel and Asos sell some great womens ones.

Grunge meets Glam

Grunge meets Glam
I love the idea of throwing on any old t-shirt and then adding sparkly earrings and embellished heels for an instantly chic outfit. No new fabulous clothes needed, just a pair of amazing earrings. Effortless.

Inspiration: Blue and White

Lisa from just-another-fashion-blog.tumblr.com, is one of my personal favourites on lookbook. She does simple stylings in such a unique, beautiful way. I'm already pondering what I have in my wardrobe to re-create this look...

Flatform Sandals

Flatform

Summery flatform sandals are going to be big! I like the earthy tones for a more casual vibe with crop pants. They're a great alternative to wedges and make going from daytime ice cream eating to nighttime dancing very easy.
